Disclaimers
This is a small island in the Caribbean, the power goes out, the weather may be unpredictable and occasionally they run out of water. We are in the tropics... there are spiders, Palmetto bugs (like roaches), tiny lizards, Insects, roosters, etc. Occasionally these may be seen around the house. Be safe, The island does have a well stocked pharmacy. There is a clinic, but the Doctor may not always be available in the event of an emergency. There are local Police, but the response time is not predictable.
Local phone on site?
Not any more, we found that it rang too much and that's what we are trying to get away from. There is a USB phone in the office that can plug into a laptop to use Skype, etc.

Is early check-in available?
Depends on the booking schedule, If you arrive earlier on the island and want to drop luggage at the house, this can be arranged. If guests are checking out the day you check in, an early arrival is a challenge as the cleaning staff needs time to get the space ready for your stay. If an early check-in critical with your travel schedule, contact us and we can look into hiring extra cleaning staff for getting the house ready faster.

How far to expensive Beachfront Hotels?
Between 8-14 blocks from the house.. (Pink Sands, Coral Sands, Dunmore Beach Club and Runaway Hill). They are a bout a 10-15 minute walk up the beach, or about a 5-8 minute golf cart ride from the house.
Is beach stuff available at the house?
Yes, we have beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkel gear and sand toys.
Do we tip the housekeepers?
Our cleaning fee if far less then most others. We charge a small cleaning fee with your booking with the expectation that you'll leave the place in good order. If you leave it messy, please leave a nice tip for the housekeeper for their extra work cleaning after your stay. It is greatly appreciated.
How often does housekeeping come during the stay.
Housekeeping comes prior to your arrival to get it ready for you. If you wist to have housekeeping come during your stay, they charge $75 per visit and will come as often as you request.

How much do water taxi rides across cost?
Usually $5 per person on the awaiting boats that run across continually daily. If you wast a preset ride, they may charge more or asking them to take you across with nobody else on the taxi boat.
