The 3rd studio unit is off the back entry area. It is semi-detached from the main house and can serve as a stand-alone studio unit or combined with renting the main house. A small covered courtyard separates the studio from the main house.

There is a small but fully functional kitchen with a cook-top, microwave toaster and coffee maker. A full bathroom and bedrrom withe a queen bed.
